DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOUS MEALS

The East Toledo Senior Center provides daily nutritious lunches prepared in our own kitchen Monday-Friday, in collaboration with the Area Office on Aging.  In order to receive lunch you must be here no later than 11:45 a.m.

We also are now serving breakfast once a week.  A hot breakfast will be served once a month.  All other weeks will be a continental breakfast.  Breakfast will be available between 8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m.  

Each week (with the exception of the 5th week) we will have an Evening Meal at 4:30 p.m. 

We accept a voluntary donation of $2.50 for those individuals aged 60 and over for all non-fundraiser meals.  You must make reservations at least 24 hours in advance.  We also provide transportation to and from our Center for those who cannot get here for lunch on their own.  Occasionlly we will provide transportation for breakfast and evening meals.  Those dates will be posted in our monthly newsletter.  Call (419) 691-2254 to make reservations for lunch or to schedule a ride!

Everyone MUST SIGN-UP at least one day in advance in order to be guaranteed a meal.  You can do it in person or by calling the center. 

Remember you now have several opportunities to have an awesome meal: Weekly Breakfasts, Daily Lunches and a Weekly Evening Meal for a suggested donation of $2.50.  If you have any questions please ask!  We hope that we can encourage more of our senior population to participate in our nutrition program and receive a great meal!
