Shelter House Rentals

Rent the East Toledo Activities Senior Center for a baby shower, graduation party or any other occasion.  
It is available Friday evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday. 

Times and fees are as follows:

Rental Times
 Friday - 5:30 p.m. - 12 a.m. (Midnight)
Saturday or Sunday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. - 12 a.m. (Midnight)
Saturday or Sunday - All Day 9 a.m. - 12 a.m. (Midnight)

Rental Rates*
9 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Regular Rate $125/Holiday Rate $175
5:30 p.m. - 12 a.m. - Regular Rate $125/Holiday Rate $175
All Day - Regular Rate $200/Holiday Rate $325
*Plus a $100 deposit that will be returned by a company check within 14-21 business days after your rental date and the inspection of hall for damages and cleanliness.
